Fujifilm acquires biologics operation in Denmark from Biogen

Fujiflm Corp. (Tokyo) said today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Biogen (Denmark) Manufacturing, a large-scale biologics manufacturing site located at Hillerod, near Copenhagen, Denmark, from Biogen for approximately $890 million in cash. The acquisition price is subject to the incoming orders of Biogen Hillerod, Fujiflm says in a regulatory fling.
