Givaudan has announced the acquisition of Fragrance Oils (International) Limited (Radcliffe, UK), a privately owned company that specializes in the creation of perfumery essences and natural herbal extracts for use in the fine fragrance, personal care, air care, and household cleaning sectors. Fragrance Oils, which was founded in 1967, has more than 250 employees and sells its products in particular in high-growth export markets, according to Givaudan.
