WorleyParsons receives antitrust clearances to complete acquisition of Jacobs’ chemicals business

WorleyParsons (North Sydney, Australia) says it has received antitrust approvals required to complete its previously announced acquisition of Jacobs Engineering’s energy, chemicals and resources business. On 21 March 2019, WorleyParsons received clearance from the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
