Sasol set to ofload explosives operation into JV with Chile’s Enaex

Sasol (Johannesburg) says it has selected Enaex (Santiago, Chile), a subsidiary of the Sigdo Koppers Group, as Sasol’s preferred partner to engage with for the possible formation of an explosives joint venture (JV). Both companies are leading players in the civil explosives market. Enaex would take responsibility for the management and operational control of the JV.
