IOC, ONGC and Reliance commit to invest in Assam

The first-ever global investors summit held recently in Guwahati, Assam has seen investment commitments to the tune of nearly Rs. 70,000-crore in various sectors, including petroleum, telecom, health and tourism, according to the State Chief Minister Mr, Sarbananda Sonowal. Nearly 200 initial pacts worth nearly Rs. 70,000-crore were signed at the Advantage Assam summit, he said.
