Utkal Alumina appoints thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions for alumina refinery expansion project

Utkal Alumina International Ltd. (UAIL) has appointed thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions (India) (TKIS) to render engineering, procurement, construction management services for their proposed integrated alumina refinery expansion project at Rayagada in Odisha. The project was won by the company in a global bidding process. UAIL is a fully owned company of Hindalco, which forms part of the Aditya Birla Group. Hindalco has extensive global operations in aluminium and copper.
