China slaps anti-dumping tariffs on ODCB imports from Japan, India

China will levy anti-dumping tariffs on Indian and Japanese imports of ortho-dichlorobenzene (ODCB), a chemical used in the production of agrochemi-cals and pharmaceuticals. Companies will pay temporary levies of 31.9% to 70.4% on imports of ODCB products from the two countries starting from Oct. 12, China's commerce ministry said in a preliminary ruling.
