PERFORMANCE: Clariant Chemicals reports higher Q1 profits and sales

Speciality chemicals firm,Clariant Chemicals(India)Ltd.,has reported profit before tax(PBT)of Rs.18.4-crore for the first quarter ended June 2019,an increase of over 20% over the PBT of Rs.15.3-crore for the same year-ago period.The company reported sales growth of 11.9%,at Rs.295.8-crore,for the quarter under review as against Rs.264.3-crore for the corresponding quarter in the previous year.
