In principle approval given for strategic disinvestment of HOCL: Chemicals Minister

The Union Minister for Chemicals and Fertilisers, Mr. D.V. Sadananda Gowda, has stated that as part of the restructuring plan approved by Government on May 17, 2017, the Rasa-yani unit of Hindustan Organic Chemicals Ltd. (HOCL), has been closed down, while the Kochi unit is continuing operations.
