Consumers in China are spending more on personal care products every month as they move up the value chain. They are demanding products developed specifically for the Asian market and more willing to try out new concepts and make up rituals. These trends alongside key concerns of effects of blue light and pollution are throwing up new opportunities for global and local players - including the ingredients suppliers - catering to the huge Chinese personal care market.
