Siam Cement Group (SCG; Bangkok, Thailand) has held a ground-breaking ceremony for its $5.4-billion Long Son Petrochemicals (LSP) project in Vietnam. The project, at Long Son Commune, Ba Ria-Vung Tau Province, will be the first integrated petrochemical complex in Vietnam. It is due onstream in early 2023.
