Linde invests $1.4 billion to serve ExxonMobil Singapore expansion

Linde says it has signed a long-term agreement to support the latest multibil-lion-dollar expansion of ExxonMobil's integrated manufacturing complex in Singapore through the supply of industrial gases. It is the single largest sale-of-gas contract in the history of the newly-merged Linde and its legacy companies. Linde will invest $1.4 billion to expand its existing gasification complex on Jurong Island, Singapore, integrating it with ExxonMobil's project, to produce and supply additional hydrogen and synthesis gas (syngas).
