Givaudan acquires in Vietnam

Givaudan (Geneva, Switzerland) says it will acquire Golden Frog (Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam). Givaudan plans to fund the deal from existing resources and is expected to close the deal in the second half of 2019. Golden Frog, which caters to ASEAN markets, manufactures natural flavors, extracts, and essential oils for the food and beverage industry.
