摘要

This work presents the results of the mathematical modelling of the industrial catalytic dewaxing process, which is aimed to produce the components of low-freezing diesel fuel. The dewaxing catalyst deactivation degree is evaluated. Application of the developed mathematical model for estimating the influence of the technological parameters and feedstock composition on the target product yield and properties is considered. The calculation results are given for the optimal technological modes for various feedstock compositions. The way to improve the efficiency of the stabilizer column operation as one of the stages of the dewaxing process is proposed. (C) 2017 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
