Jack Leonard's e-mail got us to wondering. It was simple: The e-mail said that Nancy Blogin had been elected President of the National Council on Fireworks Safety. But we knew that she was also the Secretary of the National Fireworks Association, that she and her husband ran a fireworks business, and that they were frequently involved in leading pyrotechnic tours to key overseas destinations.
