Post-operative care of cannulated rodents

As infusion studies become a more common model for the safely testing of certain compounds, the responsibility on staff caring for these surgically altered animals has increased. This poster describes the procedure for the handling and care of cannulated rodents currently adopted at Quintiles Ltd. Pre-operative care and post-operative care are equally important, however for this presentation we will discuss the latter.
