U.S. exporters are ready and able to supply the world's organic demands. Organic foods are in big demand worldwide and American agriculture is working hard to supply them, No longer a trend, organics have merged into the mainstream market and productsare exported to fill orders internationally. "I've been in the natural food business for 17 years and I've never seen organics go anywhere but up," says Tanya Martin, marketing manager, Eden Foods, Clinton, Michigan. 'Ten years ago, Eden Soy [milk] made up 70 percent of what we sold Today, we sell over 250 kinds of foods, including 10 different kinds of soy milk."
