Meat exporters in the United MStates are responding to the increasingly complex international marketplace by providing better support for their overseas customers, whether within their own operations or in partnership with governmental and professional organizations. Swine Flu may be the latest development that threatens disruption in international operations, but the U.S. meat export industry already has enhanced its ability to respond to changing concerns on a market-to-market basis.
