The Fillo Factory Inc. was started more than 10 years ago when Ron Rexroth saw other fillo producers making fillo dough that was hard for consumers and foodservice operators to work with. He began making improvements in the manufacturing process and then produced small, carefully controlled batches. Soon he was selling a superior quality, fresh, easy-to-use fillo dough to the retail and foodservice trades. The industry standard had been elevated and more of The Fillo Factory brand machine-stretched fillo dough found its way to market with stunning success.
