Our journey through the South Central area covered Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas. Those specializing in plastic fasteners and components were particularly positive about current conditions and the outlook for the months ahead. Those involved more with steel and stainless steel fasteners were equally positive in describing current conditions but expressed concern about the growth being sustained, For them, it seems, increased demand has created its own unexpected set of problems.
