The AAALAC International Fellowship Award 2007: To Bethesda and Beyond

摘要

In 2007 I was selected as the recipient of the AAALAC International Fellowship Award. Presented by the Association for the Assessment and Accreditation of Laboratory Animal Care International (AAALAC), the award was funded through a grant by PriorityOne Services. In conjunction with the American Association for Laboratory Animal Science (AALAS), the Institute of Animal Technology (IAT), the Medical Research Council (MRC), the National Centre for the 3Rs and the National Institute of Health (NIH), the award recognises the achievements of 2 technicians. One to be selected from the United Kingdom and the other from the United States of America, they should have made, or have the potential to make, a significant contribution to the field of animal technology.
