摘要

In submitted paper detailed research of ability of the vacuum spark discharge for analysis of impurities' structure in the solid materials, its distribution on a surface and volume is carried out. Is established, that basic impurities are located within the surface layer by thickness of (10-12) micron, that points to the adsorption of gases from environment.
