Sealing devices of rock bit bearings and their improvements for the increased frequencies of rotation

Are considered (examined) sealing devices for rock bit bearings, capable to work at the increased frequencies of rotation. Carried out tests have confirmed high reliability of the combined radial-axial seals with elements made of filled fluoroplastic F4K20. The technical opportunity of creation of seals for bits with roller bearings, allowing to compensate the wear of radial bearings is proved. The designs of new sealing devices are protected by the patents of Russian Federation.
