Ensuring of strength, reliability and safety of structures on contemporary stage of development of railway transport

The technical solution of problems of resource saving and costs decreasing on railway transport consists, on the one hand, in more full and economic use of possibilities of structures and materials and, from the other hand, in ensuing of necessary quality of structures from viewpoint of their strength and reliability. These issues are the subjects of professional consideration of problems, which conceptual aspects are: expounded in this article.
