摘要

The results are given of comparative testing of the welding properties of single-station power sources of VS-300B, VS-400 and VDU-506 type, the most widely used in industry. Determined are the coefficients of losses K melting, Kr, surfacing,K{sub}n, electrode wire consumption, short-circuiting frequency, geometrical parameters of the weld on 5t3 steel made with 1.0 mm Sv-08G2S wire in CO{sub}2. For characterization of the power properties of the welding power sources, it was proposed to addto the technical data the coefficients of melting effectiveness, K{sub}(ef.r) and deposition effectiveness, K{sub}(ef,n).
