A new method of EMI analysis with models of LSI at power supply terminals

摘要

As models of LSI at power supply to simulate for EMI, we proposed a model on time domain composed variable-resistor and capacitors, and a method of generating the model from whole netlist of LSI. In this report, we propose a new method of EMI analysis on frequency domain to reduce calculation time using the former model on time domain, and the simulated values of current spectra in the power supply line of a PCB using the proposed method agreed well with the measured values.
