摘要

We studied the influence of the water-solubleresin content and the Cr weight of pretreatment onhydrophilicity of the coating with alkaline silicate of aluminumfin-stock. It was clarified that by increasing the water-solubleresin content to the coating with alkaline silicate, the surfacecoating morphology got roughed. Further, as the actual surfacearea of the coating increased, the hydrophilicity was improved.In the case of low Cr weight of pretreatment, the coating withalkaline silicate was easily dissolved. On the contrary, in thecase of too high Cr weight, the surface coating morphology wasflat, and the hydrophilicity was decreased. Therefore, Cr weightof pretreatment must be appropriate, in order that thehydrophilicity may be improved.
