An unusual foreign body found in a patient's airway.

A healthy 8-year-old child was presented for strabismus repair. Following an inhalational induction of anaesthesia, we administered a prop-ofol bolus to facilitate insertion of a size 2.5 single-use laryngeal mask airway (LMA; Ambu~R AuraOnce~(TM) Ambu Inc., Glen Burnie, MD, USA). We maintained anaesthesia with iso-flurane in nitrous oxide and oxygen and gave additional fentanyl and ket-orolac. The surgery and anaesthesia proceeded uneventfully.
