摘要

The temperature dependence of ultimatestrength of aluminized Ti foils was investigated underdifferent regimes of heat treatment. The influence ofheat treatment on the microstructure and phasecomposition was defined as a function of depth. It isshown that near the surface layers consist of α-andα2-phases and concentration of Al decreases withdepth from 10 to 2%. The optimum regime of heattreatment was defined for producing the finely dividedstructure of near the surface layer and increasing thehigh-temperature strength with retention ofsufficient good plasticity. Under electron beamoperation the mechanical properties of aluminized Tifoils are little or no modified and so the foils maybe used as outlet windows of high-current electron accelerators.
