Using as an example a chemical reactionsoccurring under relatively soft conditions, it is shown, thattemperature inside of the ultrafine particles during its oxidationis essentiai higher than that in reacting layer. The temperaturedifference may come up to hundreds degree. This leads tochange of the reaction kinetics and stabilization of the reactionfinished products, which are not a typical ones for the sameprocesses with normal size (not ultrafine) powders. Obtainedresults may be used for analysis of the powders reactivity.
