Image sensor test system TS6600 series

摘要

We have developed a image sensor device test system that has accomplished a significant test time reduction by 2 site parallel processing, very high speed mixed signal processing, simultaneous execution of image data processing and transmitting and lessaveraging due to low system noise. These advanced features reduce the test time to one fourth of conventional testers. The details are explained in this paper.
