Proceeding from the physical mechanism of process, the methods intensive heats & - exchange of weight is considered at freeze dryer in vacuum. On the basis of the chosen physical models and results of experiment on freeze dryer of materials in vacuum some quantitative results and estimations are given at realization of methods intensive. Are specified freeze dryers drying installations of continuous action based on use of the considered methods. The ways of their further perfection are marked.
