摘要

The stripe-like structure of alpha-Sb_2O_4 on VSbO_4 in nanometer and micrometer scale has been successfully fabricated by electron-beam lithography to investigate interaction between two oxide phases via oxygen diffusion and to prove a hypothesis of "remote control mechanism" for partial oxidation reaction of alkane suggested by B. Delmon. The fabricated layer catalysis was conceptually the same as the micro-reactor for catalysis chemistry. We demonstrated the partial oxidation reaction of propylene. The fabricated layer catalysis with a stripe width of 2 (mu)m and a stripe interval of 8 (mu)m, shows 10 times higher activity than non-fabricated layer catalysis.
