The investigation methods for new catalystmaterials were described as an example of bimetallic oxynitrides:M~IM~ (II)O_xN_y. Bimetallic oxynitrides were prepared bynitriding bimetallic oxides with ammonia gas via a temperatureprogrammed reaction. They were active for hydrodenitrogenation of quinoline
