This article describes the new rolling facility recently commissioned in the Kuan Tien Second Plant of the Taiwell Aluminium Corporation in Taiwan. The new hot and cold mills and ancillary equipment was supplied by China Non-ferrous Metals Processing Technology Company, Limited, based in the People's Republic of China. Late last year, some 300 people gathered in the newly-built Kuan Tien Second Plant of Taiwell Aluminum Corporation. They were representatives from suppliers, distributors, banks and financial institutions, mainly based in Taiwan, who had been invited to attend the inauguration of the plant. A special demonstration of the new facilities had been arranged for the guests.
