Aluminium Times recently sought an interviewwith Jan D Hansen, General Manager of ALMEQ AS. The company operates in association with TC Engineering and IMPEC, thereby combining all three organisations' expertise in smelter technology. IMPEC focuses on carbon-related processes, TC Engineering on the casthouse and ALMEQ on potroom equipment, cathode redding and the crucible cleaning shop.
