Intraspecies variability of reserve globuline in wild species of Beta L. genus

Electrophoretical composition of 11 S globuline for eight wild species of genus Beta L. was investigated in individual analysis in comparison with cultivated forms of beet. Its heterogenity and polymorphism have been found to increase in the process of evolution from the species of Patellares section to sugar beet. The possibility of a clear identification of species by revealed spectra, their occurence frequency and polypeptide composition of acidic subunit is shown. Polypeptides of globuline acidic subunit proved to be the most evolutionary variable. During beet plant evolution their amount and colour intensity of protein presented in their spectra increase.
