Plant biotechnology: present state and perspectives

摘要

Data are given in brief on contemporary state and perspectives of plant biotechnology, production and commercialisation of transgenic plants, study of genome structure, including the latest data on cereal genome sequence, production of transgenic plants expressing oral vaccines for induction of immune response in animals and man, transgenic plants resistant to diseases, cold, seedless, with changed mineral nutrition, chloroplast localisation of transgenes, chemically induced transgenes.
