ArcelorMittal SA is mulling an expansion of drawn-over-mandrel (DOM) tubing capacity, according to market sources. But questions remain over exactly how much capacity might be added, when it might come into the market and the price tag for the investment. The Luxembourg-based steelmaker declined to comment on any potential investments due to the "quiet period" before its scheduled earnings release Wednesday, a company spokeswoman told AMM.
