Bell Copper agrees to sell two projects to Copper Fox

Junior mining company Bell Copper Corp. has agreed to sell two of its projects to Copper Fox Metals Inc. for Canadian $2 million ($1.96 million) in cash. The sale of the Van Dyke copper project in Miami, Ariz., and the Sombrero Butte copper property in Pinal County, Ariz., comes after shareholders voted down Bell Copper's management proposal to consolidate its shares seven-to-one (AMM, June 28} as part of the company's strategic plan to work through "the unprecedented challenges in the capital markets" (AMM, June 22).
