Internet management concept and matching with network system

摘要

In this paper, we discuss what should be the most reasonable management concept for next generation information networks, which must be based on Internet architecture. Internet can provide not only traditional communication but also broadcasting function in the same time. This characteristics bring a lot of difficulties for regulation of Internet service providers and/or application providers. The problems come from its intermediate function between communication and broadcasting. The authors propose the self regulation mechanism for the providers. Relevant network system matching with the proposed concept is discussed using an example.
