Vector quantization with sending average method for audio information

摘要

This paper presents a vector quantization with sending average method for audio information. In this vector quantization, The input are divided into basic block with n samples. And the block information are transformed into average information and unevenness information which the samples in the block were divided by average information of the block. The average information were coded with linear quantization, and unevenness information were coded with vector quantization. The codebook which were used in vector quantization were designed by LGB algorithm. Then, decoded audio includes some nois. And, I tried noise reduction with some ways.
