NEW YORK - U.S. ferrous scrap export prices fell as much as 10 dollars per tonne this past week after Turkish mills lowered their offers and demand off the West Coast remained stagnant. East Coast exporters had contrasting views on trades conducted throughout the week, with many saying there were no bulk cargo sales, while one reported six cargoes sold to Turkey.
