Chapter 1 shows how to freeze pipes (pipe freezing method) and replace pipes without halting the water supply (non-suspension of water supply method) to ensure smooth replacement of pipes inside buildings. Chapter 2 describes the method of "duet press share," a dedicated device used for renewal construction of skyscraper. A large amount of industry waste is produced during renewal construction of skyscraper and when several existing facilities are destroyed. With this method, the material of the removed duct, swhich is an industrial waste, is compressed and cut into pieces to reduce the volume of waste material.
