Leasing in agro-industrial complexes -- problems and development prospects

It is argued that, in the current situation in Russian agriculture, leasing is one of the most effective ways of improving the provision of up-to-date machinery and equipment for the agro-industrial complexes. Estimates are made of the numbers and types of tractors, and other machinery required.
