摘要

We fabricated the TCS circuit device that could perform current interruption suppressing electrical surge and arc ignition under DC48V/150A. We found the minimum capacitance of the TCS circuit device for rated load current (C_(min)) under DC48V/100A by SPICE simulation. We devised the decision methods of the simulation parameters in order to improve simulation accuracy. Therefore the error of C_(min) that was found from simulation was 21%. It is in the order of C_(min) found from experiment. We also evaluated the case with large inductive loads. As the results, it is confirmed that electrical surge and the ringing in the circuit was suppressed small even in the case of L/R = 10ms, DC48V/5A.
