摘要

Using the introduced relationships, it is shown that the transport equation describing the scattering of charged particles in solids can be reduced to the equation for scattering of light in the atmosphere of planets. These relationships enable us to apply an extensive theoretical experience acquired in studies of light scattering for investigating the charged particles scattering. As an example, a problem of reflection of particles from a semi-infinite target is considered. It is shown that a reflect ion function for charged particles can be presented as the convolution of a function for distribution of particles among the paths with an inelastic transmission function.
