Metamorphism of the pansky massif intrusion (kola prninsula)

The paper displays, for the first time, characteristicsof metamorphic associations in the Eastern block of Panskyintrusion. There have been revealed several types of metamorphismcorresponding to different geodynamic environments: for example,the earlier autometamorphism and the later superimposedprogressive metamorphism connected with regionalmetamorphism of the Imandra-Varzuga folded zone host rocks.Chemically geterogenous and zonal Ca-amphiboles have beenfound and studied. peculiarities of the P-T parameters evolutionhave been determined for the progressive stage of metamorphism.On this base the conditions of the PGE-mineralization ore-formingare analyzed for the layered part of the massif.
