The original algorithm is proposed to calculate the CIPW norms. It consists of several steps directed to combine normative minerals: starting from the smaller molecules to the bigger ones in order to 《consume》 step by step by whole amount of silica shown by the analysis. This scheme is assumed to be more closely following the natural se-minerals presented by complex molecules. The new algorithm is easy changeable to correspond the different schemes of the magma crystallization.
