A study of support system of interactive communication using a voice recognition technique for hearing impaired persons

By recent technological development in the voice recognition, it got possible to convert a voice into text data under the limited condition. Hearing disabilities and people with normal hearing smoothly will have an interactive conversation by using a voice recognition technique in the near future. In this research, we examined the proper way to present the text information to support interactive communication. As a result, we had some suggestion that " it is important to clearly indicate the time order that the text data are presented to a hearing impaired person.", "it is necessary to take notice of the intensity of the relation between a speaker and his/her text information.", and so on.
